TIM simplifies the reporting process, so we’ve made our pricing just as straight forward.

No Set Monthly Fees

If no reports are uploaded over 30 days, no charges are applied.

How do I open a full account?

That’s easy. We ask for an initial payment of £120.00 inc VAT this is to buy report credits for your account.

Note: You don’t pay TIM again until your 120.00 credit has been used after that, we invoice every 30 days for the reports uploaded.

Just complete the free trial form, you will then be given access to the app, templates and user guide.

A support ticket can be sent via your online account. Our support team will respond within 2 hours (office hours are Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm).

None, zero, no credit card is required and the trial is completely free.

Backing up your data is automatic. If your device is lost, stolen or destroyed, you can download all the reports onto a new device and be up and running in minutes.

Not only do you control how you share your data, but you also own that data. As part of our cost to you, we store, back up and keep your data safe.
The Amazon Cloud Platform is accredited to SSAE 16 Type II, ISAE 3402 Type II and ISO 27001:2005 standards.
The Inventory Manager does not store financial data used in conjunction with automated client billing through the Amazon platform.

You can have as many users of the app and logins as you wish, at no additional cost.

To maintain a permanent, and legally defensible archive of your historical property inspection data, which protects your business against tenancy deposit disputes. Accounts holding 1,000 plus reports carry a minimum annual usage spend of £200.00 + VAT.

Login to your account at theinventorymanager.co.uk/account/, click ‘your account‘, then follow the steps to add your company logo and branding colours. 

To reset your login credentials, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request a Reset: Navigate to the login page on the website. Enter your username or registered email address and select ‘Reset Password’. A temporary password will be sent to your inbox.
  2. Update Your Credentials: Return to the login page and enter the temporary password. You will then be prompted to choose and confirm a new, secure password.
  3. Synchronise the App: If you use our mobile application, you must manually update your details to maintain the connection.

    Open the app and follow this path:

    • Open the side menu (top left) and select ‘Settings’.
    • Select ‘Login Details’ and enter your new password.
    • Select ‘Test Connection’. Once three green ticks appear, press Save.
